CLASSES
STRENGTH TRAINING
In these classes, our focus is on functional compound movements, from Olympic lifts to gymnastics to plyometrics to unilateral work. Our coaches break down the primary movement for the day and help athletes implement good technique as they progress the lift or movement. Following the strength portion, our functional fitness classes move into a cardio component that can vary between HIIT (High intensity interval Training) and longer lower heart rate workouts. No matter the time domain, our cardio workout will be full body and leave you feeling ready to tackle the day!!
Our Strength & Hypertrophy classes focus on slow and controlled movements, progressive overload, and maximal muscle recruitment, always with a strong emphasis on form. These classes will not only get you toned, but will also built your strength. Perfect for all experience levels, these classes will have you looking and feeling your absolute best.
ENDURANCE
Our Endurance specialty classes are a chance for our members to really home in on their cardio. Whether training for Hyrox, a triathlon, a specific sport, or just chasing the kids around, the ability to move the body for extended periods of time is critical to everyone’s overall fitness. In these classes, you don’t only get a great workout—we also coach finer points on running and rowing form, pacing strategies, breathing techniques to calm the heart rate, and mental toughness.
Designed and led by Parkinson’s specialists, these classes will focus on functional training, strength, aerobic training, balance, and much more to address the needs of this population. Research shows that consistency and variety are important in managing Parkinson’s, especially with High-Intensity aerobic exercise at least 3x per week. We will be partnering with Enso MMA to incorporate boxing into our program as well. All ages and stages of Parkinson’s are welcome to participate. Along with a great workout, our goal is to build a local community and have fun! Classes are run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am-11am.
